Hello,

    I’ve bought the pro version and everything was working fine until I tried to generate the xml feed. There’s no image link.

    It says:

    <g:image_link/>

    Can you help me out if I generate an account for you?

    Please make sure your product has image or not.

    Hello,

    All of my products have images. They all have more than one image, each.

    That’s not the issue, it’s something else… Is there a way to show you a log? Error log or something?

    Tks

    I have the same problem, I just purchased the plugin and there is no image link in the feed and all products have images attached in woocommerce.

    PS – there is no product description link in the feed either. Where does it get this from? The short description or the long description? For the most part I’m using the short descriptions in Woocommerce.

    Both the variation image and variation description were empty. If I set a variation image and set a variation description it works:

    <g:id>2803</g:id>
    <g:item_group_id>2802</g:item_group_id>

     You are Special Arrangement

    </g:product_type>
    <g:sale_price>155 CAD</g:sale_price>
    <g:mpn>NB001</g:mpn>
    <g:arrangement type=”string”>deluxe</g:arrangement>

    Is this how it’s supposed to work or is it supposed to pull the parent item and description if non exists in the variation fields? Ideally, I’d like it to just pull the parent image and parent description if it’s blank in the variation.

    Hello @admin,

    Now I understand what you mean. It’s the same case as Paul, the variations are empty, and yes, ideally, I’d like it to just pull the parent image and parent description if it’s blank in the variation, as well!

    Can you provide me the piece of code and where (which files and code lines) should I place it, please?

    Thank you and best regards!

    Hey Mishu,

    Have you had a chance to take a look at this? I just logged in and the feed is still the same with no image or description link.

    Suppose you have 10 variation products. If your variation product has no image, no title and no description then you want to pull it from parent product. I can not do it because the 10 variation product will contain same title same description and same image. Google merchant center will show error for duplicating tag information.

    So please insert all variation product title, description, image, price, SKU and others.
